By completing the application form for Collective Movement you are confirming that you will supply the information required in order for us to obtain the appropriate licenses for the event to go ahead. 

 

Only School Principals, performers and licensed chaperones will be permitted to enter the backstage areas and dressing rooms

 

Communication will be via email and shared documents will be stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy

 

All participants must remain in the venue for the duration of the rehearsals and shows in accordance with Collective Movements Safeguarding Policy and licensing via a Body of Persons Approval with the local authority

 

It is expected that all participants show support and appreciation for fellow performers.  Principals and performers should be respectful of all dance groups participating and be encouraging and positive at all times.  Negative behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances

 

All groups must respect the venue and adhere to all venue signage and rules

 

Filming, recording and photography on personal devices is strictly prohibited backstage and by audience members in accordance with consent and Safeguarding.
